Balloons landing into ocean threaten marine lives

The purpose of our educational program is to promote the theme - balloons landing into the ocean, can threaten a variety of marine lives. Elementary and junior high schools are two major target audiences. In such case, we initiated our program after the midterm examination and extend it to the end of semester so that it will definitely correspond closely to the annual theme of the World Ocean day (June 8)-prevent plastic pollution. In addition to announce this activity on both official web site and fans page of Facebook, Government Electronic Document System was used to deliver this activity associated with the necessary documents directly to schools through education bureaus all over the country.
