This World Oceans Day, we’re celebrating the theme #fishunknown, the lesser-known, underutilised and underappreciated fish species.
Because we are inland and aspire to only support local suppliers and producers and to ensure freshness and a true sense of place, we don’t have seafood on the menu. Instead, we give guests a chance to taste the fish of the Zambezi, caught sustainably by local fishermen, just like this gentleman.
We’re helping to protect the ocean’s resources by staying away from them. Zambezi bream is a delicious, bountiful and local favourite.
